What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Simply visit our returns portal to generate a prepaid shipping label. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Klutz ships to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
